Refund policy

We understand that plans can change, but we also need to ensure the availability of our services and accommodate other potential bookings. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for your convenience and fairness: 

Cancellation Period: 

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled survey time will incur no charges. You can cancel your booking by following the guidance and link in your confirmation email. If you encounter any issues, you can also contact us at support@thermafygroup.com  

Notification and Timeframe: 

  • To cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made through the link in your booking confirmation email. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@thermafygroup.com 
  • If you wish to cancel your home survey, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time to avoid any charges and allow us time to accommodate other potential bookings. 
  • If your refund request is approved, you will receive the refund within 3-10 business days on the original payment method.  

Refunds and Charges: 

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will result in a charge for the full amount of the booking. 
  • Cancellations made between 24 – 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will result in a charge of 50% of the booking amount. 
  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the booking, no charges will apply, and you will receive a full refund if you have already made a payment. 

Exceptions: 

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Please contact us at support@thermafygroup.com immediately if such a situation arises. 

No-Show Policy: 

  • If you fail to accommodate our energy assessor on the scheduled booking date and time without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged. 

Modifications: 

  • If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the date or time, please do this before 48 hours of the scheduled survey. Any changes to the booking within these 48 hours will not be taken into consideration.  
  • Modifications to booking can be made from the link in your booking confirmation email. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@thermafygroup.com
